Is the Toronto Coach Terminal wheel chair accessible?
The Toronto Coach Terminal is Wheel Chair Accessible. There is an elevator on the Northbound platform of the Dundas Street Subway which will take you to street level (Southeast corner of Dundas Street and Bay Street ). Also an elevator at the west end of the Atrium on Bay on the Southbound side of the Dundas Street Subway will take you to the tunnel connecting to the bus terminal. From there an elevator from the lower concourse level of the Toronto Coach Terminal will take you to street level for Ticket Sales and Bus Arrivals and Departures.
What if I need assistance while travelling?
A passenger with disabilities needing a companion or a specially trained animal (see Animals section) for assistance may bring either along free of charge. A certificate issued by the Canadian Rehabilitation Council for the Disabled (CRDC), Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) or similar certification may be required.

Animals:
May I bring my pet on the intercity buses?
Animals are not permitted on intercity buses with the exception of service animals. A “Service Animal” is an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained to assist a person with a disability by a professional service animal institution. (such as seeing-eye, hearing-ear, or special-needs dogs) Animals will not be permitted to occupy a seat but must lie or stand at the feet of its master. A certificate issued by the Canadian Rehabilitation Council for the Disabled (CRDC), Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) or similar certification may be required.

Lockers:
Do you have lockers located at the bus terminal?
Lockers are located on the main floor level of the Toronto Coach Terminal.
What are the cost and the dimensions of the lockers?
Regular size lockers are 32 inches deep, 16 inches wide and 22 inches in height.
Large lockers are 32 inches deep, 16 inches wide and 37 inches in height.
The cost is $ 5.00 for 24 hours.
What if my item to be stored does not fit in the locker?
Unwrapped, oversized articles such as wheel chairs, baby strollers, skis and other sports equipment, bicycles, musical instruments, etc. may be stored at the discretion of the Terminal Manager for $6.00 per item, per day. You must speak to (between 8am and 6pm ) a ticket and information clerk in person.
Luggage, sports bags, or sealed packages cannot be held.
How long may I store my items in a locker?
Items left more than 24 hours will be cleared from lockers and held in the Locker Room at a charge of $6.00 per day.
After one month, unclaimed articles are destroyed, sold or donated to charity.
What if I lose my key?
There is a charge of $15.00 for lost keys. Please speak with a ticket and information clerk

Articles lost on a bus are handled by that particular company. Articles lost in the Toronto Coach Terminal will be handled by the TCT Customer Service office. Please call 416-393-7911 for information regarding who to contact and how.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
The Toronto Coach Terminal or the Intercity Bus Companies cannot reimburse customers for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets. However, occasionally a ticket is turned in to the Toronto Coach Terminal Customer Service Office. Please call 416-393-7911 to check if one has been turned in or visit the TCT Customer Service Office in person.

For safety reasons, we do not allow roller-skating, in-line skating, or skateboarding on Toronto Coach Terminal Property. If you have these items with you, please carry them.
